Chintan B. is a dynamic individual with a diverse set of skills and experiences. He is currently working as a Growth Associate at Outplay, where he is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the company. Prior to this, he worked as a Generalist and Marketer at Spenny, where he played a key role in setting up and scaling the performance marketing function from scratch, resulting in a significant increase in users. Chintan has a background in Mechanical Engineering, having completed his Bachelor's degree from V.V.P. Engineering College, Rajkot. During his college years, he gained valuable industry experience through research internships with Union Cabinet Minister Shri Gajendra Shekhawat in the field of rural education and training at Indian conglomerates like Reliance Industry Ltd. and Grasim Industries Ltd. He also worked as a part-time design intern at Autocraft Innovation LLP, where he designed and manufactured food trucks. Aside from his professional pursuits, Chintan is a public speaker and has hosted and moderated over 40 events. He was also awarded as the best speaker in the youth festival. He is a political critic and a cricket enthusiast, and he loves playing with toddlers. He has a unique talent for playing Garba on any song. Chintan is constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth. He is currently curating notes on some awesome books and has started a newsletter to share quality information in the Gujarati language. He is also working on No-Code projects to expand his skill set. Chintan holds a degree in Business Education from Stoa, which he is set to complete in December 2021.
